The '80s is a much maligned decade (sometimes even by me) but it produced some great, under appreciated music. Prince, the Cure, New Order, the Smiths, De La Soul, the Pixies...the list goes on and on. NME recently posted a list of the decade's best songs and while I can quibble with some of the choices (no Peter Gabriel!), it brings back some great memories. Where does that highway lead to?
