La Sera is led by Vivian Girls bassist Katy Goodman and it's one side project that is superior to the main act. Melodic and a bit '60s-nostalgic (Goodman released a cover of "Dedicated to the One I Love" last year: http://youtu.be/XUmzpSLUqn0), La Sera will have you tapping your toes all afternoon.
