A twee band needs a twee name, and perhaps even a twee naming story. Explains Allo Darlin's singer Elizabeth Morris: "I used to work near the market sellers in Soho. Every day I'd walk past and the old guys would yell out 'Allo darlin'' as they ashed into their fruit bowls. Seemed like it was our name."
